Welcome to the Department of Production and Operation Management at Faculty of Technology Management and Business Official Website.

Our mission is to produce technology professionals with high technical skills and knowledge in Production and Operation Management. Our department offers undergraduate and graduate degrees aimed to prepare them for market demand. Currently, more than 400 students enrolled in the degree program, which produces highly trained in production and operation management. We are also embarking towards an international network whereby we even offer postgraduate students from all over the world. Our approach is exploration of innovative ideas with critical and analytical thinking for problem solutions. Problem solving, technical skill and knowledge are the keys of the department’s approach to effective learning. For example, our undergraduate students have been exposed to the real world industry when an industrial attachment becomes a requirement. Our students have been employed by many established and multinational companies such as Sharp, Petronas, Proton and etc.
